The FN-7/FN-8 are Kiloview’s new-generation all-in-one conversion cards, designed for the RF02 unified ecosystem. Building on support for SpeedHQ, AVC (H.264), and HEVC (H.265) codecs, they enable bidirectional conversion between 3G-SDI/HDMI signals and IP streams.
These cards are widely compatible with multimedia protocols such as NDI HighBandwidth, NDI HX2/HX3, SRT, RTMP, RTSP, HLS, UDP, and RTP. Deeply integrated with RF02, they support centralized power supply, unified management, and flexible expansion, making them suitable for broadcasting, video conferencing, remote production, educational streaming, and other applications
FN-7/FN-8 integrate encoding and decoding capabilities to enable seamless bidirectional conversion between SDI/HDMI signals and IP streams, supporting resolutions up to 1080p60. A single card bridges traditional baseband and IP-based production workflows, significantly enhancing deployment efficiency and system flexibility.
FN-7: Handles 3G-SDI input and loop-out, or decodes IP streams directly to 3G-SDI output.
FN-8: Handles 1080p60 HDMI input and loop-out, or decodes IP streams directly to HDMI output.
The FN-7/FN-8 support full-protocol encoding and decoding, including NDI High Bandwidth, NDI HX2, NDI HX3, SRT, RTMP, RTSP, HLS, RTP, and TS over UDP, delivering comprehensive functionality to address diverse requirements.
The FN-7/FN-8 support multiple mainstream audio formats, including AAC, MPEG-4, MPEG-2, G.711, Opus, and LPC, while offering extensive audio I/O options. They enable embedded SDI/HDMI audio input/output and expand analog audio input/output capabilities via the TYPE-A interface.

Professional-grade codec capability. Up to 1080p60 resolution, delivering smooth, stable, high-quality output for mission-critical applications such as broadcast and multi-camera live production.
If a video source drops out, the FN-7 / FN-8 automatically switch to a default image or user-defined still frame, ensuring continuous, stable output and uninterrupted viewing.
FN-7 / FN-8 seamlessly integrate with Cradle Series RF02 to establish a high-density, multi-channel video encoding/decoding solution. No complex network setup needed—simply plug and play with the internal network. RF02 offers centralized management for real-time device monitoring, batch configurations, and upgrades, simplifying operations, cutting costs, and boosting efficiency.
FN-7/FN-8 is equipped with high-efficiency cooling fans and large-area heat sinks. Combined with the numerous fans integrated into the RF02, this creates a robust triple cooling system that ensures stable, long-term operation of the device.
