Switcher has unique features:
Operates as with digital as well with analogue signals. Using Auto Detection GVM1615 identifies type of incoming video signal, and frame synchronizers - built in each input - provide their synchronization.
ME Plus™ – ground breaking function, that doubles production cabilities. With a simple push of a button you turn 1.5ME production switcher into 2.5ME device.
Picture in Picture function abilities are expanded in the new switcher. You are able to work with more number of windows for developing the combined image. In GVM1615 function allows overlay on output signal up to 5 scaled windows and display combinations without use of key channel!
Enhanced integrated 2 channel Multiviewer solution and built in wave form scope will be great help while keeping track of all signal sources production switcher operates with.

Broadster GVM1615 is featured with 16 PAL/SDI inputs. 8 Dual PAL+SDI outputs include PGM, PVW and 6 AUX outputs. Each output signal has analog and digital outputs, able to work and transmit the same signal in both formats simultaneously.
Broadster GVM1615H is featured with up to 16 HD/SD-SDI inputs. Modular architecture allows changing configuration according user priorities - one can choose 8,12 or 16 input assembling for GVM1615H. Dedicated Quad screen output is represented on each input module. Along with that, GVM1615H has 8 free assignable HD/SD-SDI outputs for PGM, PVW and Auxiliary outputs.
Each input of Broadster GVM1615 automatically indentifies the type of signal its dealing with- digital or analog/HD or SD-SDI for GVM810H without any additional settings or equipment.
Production switcher is equipped with frame synchronizers at all inputs that allows mixing of any non-synchronous signals smoothly without interruptions, without use of additional external synchronization.
Internal / External synchronization mode
Production switcher can operate in both external/internal synchronization mode. In external synchronization mode the generator is carried out from the input reference signal.
ME Plus™ – the newest development of Guramex – increases your production capabilities by creating additional ME, thus transforming Broadster GVM810 into production switcher with 2 ME possibilities and spirit!
Combined signal, created in ME Plus™ mode, can be used as an independent internal source in multi-line production. At the same time it can be delegated to auxiliary output and used as an independent program output of production switcher.

Moreover each of the scaled pictures from 4 channel PiP can be used as a key fill source.
Picture in Picture
Outstanding for small production switcher Picture-in-Picture performance.
Create combined image with up to 5 scaled pictures and background with possibility of Dynamic Transition of combined images. The pictures can be moved, resized, repositioned, cropped and given colored border. PiP can be used as an additional source without occupying DVE and keying channels. At the same time, in case of need, each of scaled pictures can be used as fill source for keying.
Up to 16 state of PiP function can be saved and delegated to buttons of “One Touch Section”. Single push of button provides transition between PIP states with defined duration
Fully integrated, 2 channel internal solution for the multi-screen image is at your service.
Multi-Viewer allows you to display up to 16 video streams on a single screen in different modes. Each video stream has its own audiometer, UMD and plenty of other markers. The source can be any external video signal, as well as master-channel, or any other internally formed signal.
Due to built in waveform scope there is an opportunity to display parameters of any video signal source through multiviewer.
The output signal has a resolution of 1920x1080 and is displayed via DVI-D / HDMI outputs.

Internal Video Clip Storage
You may upload own designed graphic wipes, TV headband or background clips to the GVM1615s Dual-channel nonvolatile video storage.
Each channel can store about 96 slides and clips with total duration up to 10 min (25frame/sec).
Along with standard cut, mix and wipe transitions you can enjoy with your own designed creative transitions, combined with graphic and audio. Up to 96 Super Wipe can be stored in the separate internal storage with duration up to 10 min.
Created to allow each user to save his frequently used switcher configuration, Event Memory memorizes up to 99 states, of which 12 can be assigned to hot recall buttons in “One Touch Section”
Assistant Software Control allows you to control Main Unit and perform any necessary action directly from your PC.

All inputs/outputs of production switcher GVM1610 are evenly distributed on two independent modules. Such allocation helps to maximize the survivability of the system.
Both of modules are functionally equal. One operates in «master mode», while the second in the «slave mode». In case of necessity operation of the second module can be switched to «master mode».
Provides input and output of the balanced audio signal. GURAMEX Audio Module is intended to arrange audio signal processing, embedding and de-embedding operations inside Broadster without additional equipment.
Robotic Camera Control
One more planned product of GURAMEX which makes easy a process of production and allows a stage director to control broadcasting independently. This is Robotic Camera Control – function that allows changing of position of cameras in certain range.
Removable Video Recorder Storage
This is an optional function representing a way of recording of input and output signals. Removable Video Recorder Storage is intended for storing information and can be easily connected to internal studio equipment for playback.
